Do you take a break during the day to have a cup of coffee or tea? Next time, why not think about who you know who would welcome a visit from you.
Going grocery shopping? Why not find out if your friend or neighbour needs anything. Or better still, take them with you.
Reading enthusiasts always enjoy new material and their library visits. Find a way to either pick up and return their material for them or take them with you.
Find out what their interests are and see if you can help them to get out and enable them to participate in an activity at a local senior’s community centre.
There are a lot of seniors today who would like to go to church and have no means of getting there.

For a lot of people on a fixed income, the cost of a taxi is prohibitive. If you are someone who would like to help but due to time constraints and/or family commitments cannot do any more, why not book a taxi for them and have the cab company bill you.
