Changing Gears Inc. and Meka Solutions are proud to present dating effectiveness. The Date Smart Series focusing on men and women who are separated, divorced and widowed is the 1^st in the Dating Effectiveness Program.

The Date Smart Series is broken up into 3 Workshops:

Workshop 1: “Getting Ready – Hard Work Pays Off” is an in depth look at YOU to help you understand the choices that you have made so that you can begin the process of clearing/cleaning out your emotional closet.

Workshop 2: “Marketing Me” takes a practical look at evaluating what it is that you are truly looking for. It will help you define your needs, wants, desires from potential relationships and help you consider whether the message you want to convey is consistent with your body image and language. This workshop is geared to assisting you to gain the self confidence needed to move forward in a positive manner.

Workshop 3: “Internet Dating” guides you through the confusing, sometimes frustrating cyber world of dating. Learn from others' mistakes by evaluating profiles, obtaining tips and guidelines for writing an effective profile that is more likely to garner interest from those you would like to attract. A significant focus of this workshop is on learning how to play it safe emotionally, physically and sexually.

Like anything else you will get from this what you put into it. Each workshop runs about 2 hours and be aware there will be homework.

The 1^st 2007 series starts with

"Getting Ready – Hard Work Pays Off”
Thursday, April 19th from 7 – 9pm

“Marketing Me”
Thursday, May 10th from 7 – 9 pm

“Internet Dating”
Thursday, May 24th from 7 – 9 pm.

There is a cost of $75.00 per workshop or a package price of $200.00 for the complete series. All are being held at 46 John Street, Oakville, ON.
