Anyone who has met Chef Mike Benninger understands immediately that this dynamic and funny man is all business when it comes to providing top notch service to his customers. Mike provides personal chef services, couples private dining, personal shopper, small service catering and private lessons at home.

Thyme Management has a range of services available to clients, custom designed to their needs. Most services are available on an hourly basis, flat rate, or per person, with some custom arrangements available.

Now is the time to reserve your desired cooking dates if you would like to make use of Chef Mike’s services during the busy holiday season services. These can be either Personal Chef dates, in-home dinner parties, romantic dinners for two and in-home cooking lessons.

Thyme Management’s services can be used as gifts to family members, a unique reward to valued staff or customers, or as a special treat to yourself.

All available cooking dates will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis. Personal Chef prices remain the same, dinner party and special event prices per person start at $75.00 for the full meal package. New Years Eve, is a Saturday this year and is presently being reserved for those who have a group of eight or more adults. Pricing for your custom tailored menu consisting of a six course dinner, all shopping, preparation, service and clean-up starts at $110.00 per person.
