Shopping: How to Shop On Line with Grocery Gateway

LOGGING IN

1. Log in to www.grocerygateway.com on the internet.

2. Enter your username and password on the main screen.

a. Username = _______

b. Password = _______

3. This will log you into the site and take you to the main menu page.

SHOPPING FOR YOUR ORDER

You have the option of either starting your shop by a) starting a new order, b) using the "My Store" section, c) using a previous order, d) using the incomplete order in your cart, or e) using a "My List" you have saved.

A) STARTING A NEW ORDER

1. Click on the appropriate tab (Fresh Market, Grocery, Eating Well, Health & Beauty and @Work ) – menu bar along top of main screen.

2. Once you have selected a tab, select an aisle -- along left side of screen.

3. Once you have selected an aisle, select a category -- along left side of screen.

4. Once you have selected a category, scroll up and down to see all of the items that are available -- item images will appear in main screen.

5. To purchase an item, click on the "BUY" button to the right of the product.

6. The products will then appear in "Your Cart" -- in bottom left corner of the screen.

7. If you wish to change the number of units that you want to purchase for a certain item, change the number in the quantity box beside the product description then click the "BUY" button.

8. A running sub-total and item count will be shown at the bottom of "Your Cart" -- but your last three items will appear only.

B) USING THE "My Store" SECTION

The section keeps track of the one hundred items you order the most frequently.

1. Click on "My Store" tab - at top of screen.

2. Then scroll through the products.

3. Click the "BUY" button for any item that you wish to purchase. The products will then appear in "Your Cart" - bottom left corner of the screen.

4. As above, to order multiplies of any item, just change the quantity and then hit the "BUY" button.

5. When you have finished shopping in the "My Store" section, continue shopping as normal.

C) USING A PREVIOUS ORDER

1. From the Main Menu page, click on "Previous Order" -- along left side of screen.

2. Your last five orders will appear - along the left side of screen.

3. Click on the order number from the order you wish to use and this will load all the items from that order into the main section of the screen.

4. All the items from the order will be checked to buy -- along far right side.

5. If you wish to add all the items from the list to your shopping cart, just click on the "Add All These Items To Your Shopping Cart" button.

6. If you wish to purchase only certain items either:

a) Click the "BUY" button for any item that you wish to purchase.

b) Or uncheck any items you do not wish to purchase and then hit the "Add Selected Items to Cart"

The products will then appear in "Your Cart" - bottom left corner of the screen.

7. If you wish to change the number of units that you want to purchase for a certain item, change the number in the quantity box beside the product description.

8. If you have finished shopping in this section and wish to look for other items, click on the appropriate tab ( Fresh Market, Grocery, etc!. ) and continue shopping.

D) USING THE INCOMPLETE ORDER IN YOUR CART

Items you add into your shopping cart will remain in your shopping cart until you either delete them or process and checkout your order.

1. From the Main Menu page, just click on "The Incomplete Order Still In My Cart"

2. You can then continue to add to your order as normal.

E) USING THE "My Lists" SECTION

You can create a list of items -- staple items, products you frequently order, items you are interested in trying - that you can then use to assist you in placing your orders.

1. Click on "My Lists" - top of screen.

2. Any lists that have been created will appear at the left.

3. When you click on the list name, all the items will appear in the main section.

4. Follow the same steps as "Using A Previous Order", steps 4 to 7.

CHECKING OUT

1. Once you’ve purchased everything that you need, click on the "Checkmark" symbol in "Your Cart" to go to checkout.

2. In the checkout screen, take a second look at your order to make sure it is accurate. Make changes if needed.

3. Check the delivery address and "Continue Checkout".

4. Choose a delivery window.

5. Select your method of payment -- Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

6. Click on "Continue Checkout".

7. Check your order, the method of payment and the delivery window, and then confirm order.

8. On the next screen it will confirm your order and list your order number.

9. An e-mail confirmation for your order will be sent to you.

NOTES

You can view your shopping cart and make changes (i.e. deletions) at anytime by clicking on the cart symbol in "Your cart". The images of all your items will appear in the main section.

If you can’t find something, try using the "Search" function - top right corner of screen.

MODIFYING & CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

After you’ve placed your order, you can still modify or cancel it as long as it is before the cut-off time -- either 7pm or 11pm the day prior.

1. Log in to your Grocery Gateway account, and from the main menu page select "modify a pending order" or "cancel a pending order" under "Pending Orders".

2. If you’re modifying your order, click on the order number and your order will be reloaded into your shopping cart -- any items in your shopping cart already will be deleted.

3. Next, shop as you did before and add any new items.

4. When you’re finished, repeat the checkout process.

5. If canceling your order, confirm that you want to cancel your order and your order will be cancelled.
