- If it is hot and you are exercising, drink more!
Balance Your Calories with More Activity or Less Calories
- Eat five smaller meals a day to keep your metabolism revved up and energy level high
- Avoid eating a big meal in the evening
. Grill your food; eat fresh, raw fruits and vegetables
Work out…Even When Traveling
- Plan your week if you are traveling to get your workout in, ahead of time
- Prepare your meals ahead of time to avoid overeating
- Think ahead, and you’ll be rewarded with continued good health
