Winter has now arrived in all parts of Canada. So if you are planning a winter getaway why not look within our borders for some options. We have amazing ski/boarding hills, winter hiking trails, ice fishing, festivals and so much more right across this beautiful country.

During February, there are lots of Romantic Packages being offered. It could be for one night, a weekend or perhaps available all month long.

If you are planning to go south be sure you know the proper travel document requirement. Effective January 23, 2007, air travellers to the U.S. need a passport. If you do not have one, you will not be allowed entry. If you have not already completed a passport renewal form, do not mail it. Take it to your nearest passport office otherwise you may miss your flight and you may not receive a refund. Not having a passport is no excuse.

Please remember that next January all car visitors to the U.S. will also need a passport. Learn from this year’s experience and get yours sooner than the deadline requires.
